The bedrooms

La Joulinière offers two separate suites, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor.

Eléonore

Eléonore is on the ground floor, and is a conversion of the former smithy of the village. It comprises a large L shaped room with double bed, a small sitting area, and a separate private bathroom with bath and free-standing shower. French windows lead directly out on to the lawns and to the pool.

Guinevere

Guinevere is on the first floor. This spacious room contains a four-poster bed and a separate private bathroom. It looks out on to the garden and pool. Below is a sitting room with an authentic Vendéen fireplace and potager, and a door leads on to the garden.

Breakfast is taken together in the farmhouse kitchen (or maybe on the terrace if the weather is suitable).
